InfoBase

InfoBase

InfoBase is a web accessible document and data archive, for both historical and contemporary research that has been conducted at the UCANR Research and Extension Center (REC) sites.  To date IGIS has complied over 3152 documents in InfoBase and has additionally begun acquiring important scientific data and geospatial data files from other research locations and expired programs.  We are continuing to compile baseline geospatial datasets including high resolution color and color infrared imagery from the National Agricultural Imagery Program (NAIP), sea level rise data from NOAA modeled at 0-6 years, improved lakes and other hydrography layers, soils data, fire history and also, specific crop location datasets and diabetes rates across the state.  IGIS has continuously refined and expanded the utility of InfoBase for discovering, integrating and analyzing documents and data for UCANR research interests.
